Crunchy Maple Baked Granola

|3 Cups||Rolled Oats|
|2 Cups||Puffed Wheat Cereal|
|1/4 Cup||Sliced Almonds|
|1/4 Cup||Walnuts, (Coarsely Chopped)|
|1/3 Cup||Pure Maple Syrup|
|3 Tbs||Apple Juice Concentrate, (Thawed)|
|2 Tbs||Vegetable Oil|
|1/4 Tsp||Sea Salt|
|1/3 Cup||Dried Cherries|
|1/3 Cup||Dried Figs, (Chopped)|
|1/3 Cup||Dried Mango, (Chopped)|
|1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. 2. Lightly coat large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. 3. Combine rolled oats, puffed wheat cereal, almonds, and walnuts in large bowl; Toss gently to combine. 4. Whisk together maple syrup, apple juice concentrate, oil, and salt in small bowl. 5. Drizzle over grain mixture and toss well to coat. 6. Scatter grain mixture on oiled baking sheet. 7. Bake, stirring occasionally, until|

8. Cool to room
temperature. Stir in dried cherries, figs, and mango and transfer to airtight container.
