Mix flour and butter like pastry Add beaten yolks and sour cream W Roll into balls marble size chill in refrigerator for 24 hours Filling: | |
3 lbs | ground English walnuts, (6 cups) |
1 lb | confectioners sugar |
6 egg whites beaten not dry
Put teaspoon of filling in each round of dough that has been rolled thin
Roll up like jelly roll and curve unto horseshoe shape
Bake at 350 till light brown 15-20 minutes
Cool and sprinkle with confectioners sugar
