Mexican Meat and Beans

1 lb. | lean ground beef |
1 T | minced onion |
1 T | ground cumin |
1/4 t | cayenne pepper |
3 - 16 oz cans | Mexican style chili beans |
Brown hamburger in medium heat until mostly cooked. Drain fat. Add minced onion to taste. When no pink remains in mixture, sprinkle with cumin and cayenne. Add beans and summer a few minutes. Use to make your favorite Mexican dishes that use meat and beans. For Chili: | |
16 oz. can | tomato sauce |
4 t | chili powder |
Add tomato sauce and chili powder to above mixture. Simmer a bit longer. Can be put in a crockpot on keep warm.
