Granny's Toasted Pecans

| 4 cups | pecan halves |
| 1/2 cup | sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | orange juice |
| 1/2 teaspoon | salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | cinnamon |
| 1 | egg white |
Beat egg whites until fairly stiff. Beat in rest of ingredients. Stir in pecans until well coated. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Pour out on baking sheet.
