Broccoli rice casserole

| 1 stick | butter |
| 1 can | cr. mush. Soup |
| 1 med | onion, (chopped) |
| 1 small jar | cheez whiz |
| 1 c. | Un- cooked minute rice |
| 1 bag | broccoli, (20oz.) |
| 1/4 c. | Water |
1. Cook onion in butter til tender
2. Add: remaining ingredients & stir over low heat until broccoli is broken apart
3. Bake @ 350 for 30-40 min in 9x13 pan
