Roger's rollout sugar cookies

| 1 1/2 c | sugar |
| 1 c | butter |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 t | vanilla |
| 1/2 t | almond flavoring |
| 2 1/2 c | flour |
| 1 t | baking soda |
| 1 t | cream of tartar |
Mix sugar and butter. Mix in egg and flavorings. Blend dry ingredients. Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
Heat oven to 375. Roll dough to 3/16 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutter. Bake 7-8 minutes.
