Garlic Lime Salmon
Nb persons: 6
1/4 c. | olive oil |
1 | onion |
2 T | lime juice, about 1 lime |
6 | salmon fillets |
Mix olive oil, onion, lime juice, & garlic. Add salmon, turning several times to get evenly goated. Let sit in fridge for an hour and a half.
Turn on the broiler. Place salmon on a broiler pan & broil 5 minutes or more, depending on how the salmon cooks. Then turn over & cook on the other side. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
