Chicken cordon blue

| 1 can | crescent rolls, (8) |
| 2 Tbs. | butter |
| 1 Tbs. | oil |
| 1 med | onion |
| 1 box (13.25oz) | frozen bread honey battered chicken tenders |
| 16 slices | Muenster cheese |
| 1/4 c. | Grated Parm cheese |
| 1/4 c. | Mayo |
| 2 Tbs. | Dijon mustard |
| 2 tsp. | lemon juice |
| 1 tsp. | honey |
| 1 lb. | thin sliced ham |
1. Bake crescent rolls @ 375 for 10-13 min
2. Heat butter & oil; Add: onions & garlic, stir in cut up chicken
3. Place 8 sliced cheese over crust. Small bowl: mix Parm cheese, mayo, mustard, lemon, honey.
4. Spoon 1/2 batter over cheese.
5. Spoon chicken over batter. Spoon rest of batter over chicken.
6. Cover chicken with ham. Put 8 slices cheese over that.
7. Bake 15-20 min.
