Pecan Pie mini muffins

1 cup | packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup | all-purpose flour |
1 cup | chopped pecans |
2/3 cup | melted butter |
2 | eggs, lightly beaten |
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour, and pecans.
In a medium sized bowl, combine butter and eggs.
Pour dry ingredients into wet, mix well.
Pour into greased or paper lined muffin pans. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
