Chicken Parmesan

1/2 Cup | Italian Bread Crumbs |
1/4 Cup | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
4-6 | Boneless Chicken Breasts |
2 | Eggs, (Beaten) |
3 Tbs | Oil |
1 (8 oz) Can | Tomato Sauce |
1 Tsp | Dried Italian Seasoning |
1/4 Tsp | Garlic Salt |
1 Cup | Shredded Mozzarella Cheese |
1 Tbs | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
1. Preheat Oven to 350.
2. In a Small Bowl, Combine Bread Crumbs and 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese.
3. Dip Chicken in Beaten Eggs then in Bread Crumbs.
4. Quickly Brown Chicken in Oil.
5. Place in Casserole Dish.
6. In a Small Bowl, Combine Tomato Sauce, Italian Seasoning, and Garlic Salt; Spoon over Browned Chicken.
7. Cover with Foil and bake for 1 Hour.
8. Sprinkle with 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese and 1 Tbs Grated Parmesan Cheese.
9. Put back in Oven until the Cheese is Melted.
