Crock Pot Potato Soup

8 Medium | Potatoes, (Diced) |
1/2 Cup | Onion, (Chopped) |
3 Cans (14 1/2 oz) | Chicken Broth |
1 Can (10 3/4 oz) | Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup |
1/4 Tsp | Pepper |
1 Package (8 oz) | Cream Cheese, (Cut into Cubes) |
2 LB | Bacon, (Cooked/Crumbled for Topping) |
Sour Cream, (For Topping) | |
Shredded Cheese, (For Topping) |
1. Combine: Potatoes, Onion, Broth, Cream of Chicken, and Pepper in Crock Pot.
2. Cover and Cook on LOW for 8-10 Hours (Until Potatoes are Tender).
3. Add Cream Cheese; Stir.
4. Add Toppings to Taste.
