Crock Pot Potato Soup

    8 Medium  Potatoes, (Diced)
    1/2 Cup  Onion, (Chopped)
    3 Cans (14 1/2 oz)  Chicken Broth
    1 Can (10 3/4 oz)  Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
    1/4 Tsp  Pepper
    1 Package (8 oz)  Cream Cheese, (Cut into Cubes)
    2 LB  Bacon, (Cooked/Crumbled for Topping)
      Sour Cream, (For Topping)
      Shredded Cheese, (For Topping)

1. Combine: Potatoes, Onion, Broth, Cream of Chicken, and Pepper in Crock Pot.
2. Cover and Cook on LOW for 8-10 Hours (Until Potatoes are Tender).
3. Add Cream Cheese; Stir.
4. Add Toppings to Taste.
