BBQ Meatballs

| 1/4 cup | onions |
| 3 pounds | ground beef |
| 2 teaspoons | salt |
| 2 teaspoons | chili powder |
| 2 cups | quick-cooking oats |
| 1 can (5 oz) | evaporated milk |
| 1/2 teaspoon | garlic powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | pepper |
| Sauce | |
| 2 cups | ketchup |
| 2 tablespoons | liquid smoke |
| 1/4 cup | onion, chopped |
| 1/2-3/4 cup | brown sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon | garlic salt |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients and shape into balls and place in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Make sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake for 1 hour. Test with a meat thermometer to 165 degrees. Yield: 12 (2 meatball) serviings.
