400 gms | cooked and peeled shrimp |
31/2 tbsps | mayonnaise |
31/2 tbsps | creme |
3 tbsps | chopped fresh dill |
1/2 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
A pinch | salt |
freshly ground white pepper | |
4 slices | white bread |
A spot of butter | |
80-100g | caviar roe |
Some | lemon wedges |
Method
1. Dice the shrimp.
2. Combine chopped shrimp with mayonnaise , creme fraiche, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Sauté bread in butter until golden.
4. Divide shrimp mixture among bread slices.
5. Top with caviar and garnish with lemon wedges and peeled shrimp.
