Creamy Peach Pie

1/4 cup | flour |
1/4 tsp | salt |
nutmeg | |
4 cups | slices, fresh peaches |
1 cup | heavy cream |
one unbaked pastry
Combine sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg: add peaches and gently mix. Pour into prepared pie shell: pour heavy cream over all. Sprinkle with more nutmeg.
Bake 400 for 45 minutes or until set. Cool well before serving.
