Harvest Apples, Onions and Pork Tenderloin

½ teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper |
2 tablespoons | dark brown sugar |
1 tablespoon | cider vinegar |
½ cup | golden raisins |
1 medium | Granny Smith apple peeled, cored and chopped |
1 medium | sweet potato, (es) peeled and chopped |
1 medium | red onion, (s) chopped |
Season the tenderloins with salt and pepper and place in the Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
Cover; cook on Low 6 to 8 hours (or on High 3 to 4 hours).
