1 Unit | ham shank or ham hock cut into pieces |
1 medium | carrot, (s) diced |
1 medium | yellow onion diced |
2 celery ribs diced | |
2 cloves | garlic sliced |
1 quart | water |
1 teaspoon | salt |
1 teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon | Herbes de Provence |
Directions
Place the beans, ham shank, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, and water in the Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
Season to taste with the salt, pepper, and Herbes de Provence before serving
