    ½ pound  cannelloni or Great Northern beans soaked overnight
    1 Unit  ham shank or ham hock cut into pieces
    1 medium  carrot, (s) diced
    1 medium  yellow onion diced
2 celery ribs diced
    2 cloves  garlic sliced
    1 quart  water
    1 teaspoon  salt
    1 teaspoon  freshly ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon  Herbes de Provence

Directions

Place the beans, ham shank, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, and water in the Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
Season to taste with the salt, pepper, and Herbes de Provence before serving
