Chicken Tortilla Casserole

1 tbsp | olive oil |
1/2 cup | green onions, diced |
6 | chicken breast, shredded or cubed |
1 clove | garlic |
3 tbsp | cornstarch |
4 cups | cold chicken broth |
2 cups | Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup | miracle whip |
1/2 cup | sour cream |
1 can | green chilis |
1/2 can | black olives, sliced |
1 lb | hamburger, browned & drained |
1 can | refried beans |
12 7" tortilla shells
Mix oil, green onions, garlic, and chicken in 1 skillet until brown.
Mix hamburger and beans in another skillet
Bring chicken broth to a boil over medium heat. Add cornstarch, miracle whip, sour cream, chilis, olives, and 1 cup of the cheese.
Pour 1 cup of the broth mixture into the chicken mixture.
Spread a thin layer of beef & beans into a tortilla then add chicken mixture until 1/2 full. Roll up tortilla and place, seam side down, into 9x13 baking pan. Continue filling until all the chicken & beef is gone. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas and place remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
