| 2 cups | basil |
| 2 cloves | garlic |
| 1/4-1/2 c | olive oil |
| 1/4-1/2 c | pine nuts |
*roasted garlic optional
-Drain water from the basil
-put in food processor
-add 2 cloves garlic with olive oil
-add pine nuts
Put on top of spaghetti and serve room temp
*roasted garlic:
Cut garlic In half
Place onto a foil
Drizzle with olive oil and cover
400 degrees for 25 min
(can also be used on top of toast)
