Molasses Crinkles

| 1 1/2 cups | shortening |
| 2 cups | brown sugar |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/2 cup | molasses |
| Add: | |
| 4 1/2 cups | flour |
| 2 tsps | baking soda |
| 2 tsps | cinnamon |
| 2 tsps | ginger |
| 1 tsp | cloves |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
Mix well and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
Roll into balls(cookie scoop) sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes for chewy cookies, longer for crunchiness cookies.
