Columbia bar and grill vegetable burger

3 cups | chopped mushrooms |
1 large | onion chopped |
Butter | |
1 cup | oats |
1 1/2 cup | low fat mozarella cheese |
1 cup | cooked brown rice |
1/2 cup | dry cotrage cheese |
3 | eggs |
1 cup | shredded cheese |
1/2 cup | chopped walnuts |
1/2 cup | gluten free bread crumbs |
1 tbsp | dried parsely |
1 tbsp | chopped fresh chives |
Salt | |
pepper |
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until tender. Drain, cool, then combine with oats, mozarella, brown rice, cottage cheese, eggs, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, chives and season to taste with salt and pepper in bowl. Chill overnight. Makes 8 to 12 patties.
