Pecan Crusted Talapia

Pecan Crusted Talapia 4 tilapia filets | |
4 Tbsp | orange marmalade |
2 Tbsp | Wheat flour |
1/2 C | finely chopped pecans |
Directions
Place orange marmalade in a bowl. Mix flour and pecans together. Dip clean fish into marmalade, coating well. Then dip into pecan mixture covering both sides. Place the fish into a pan coated with Pam and bake for 30 minutes on 350. I used Tilapia loins which are thicker, so you may need to reduce the baking time if using a thinner fish fillet.
