1/2 cup raisins, 2 cups bread- cubed . 3 slices of bread tear up. 2 eggs, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 2 cup milk, scald milk & hear milk first, beat eggs slightly & put sugar/salt & vanilla together. & put into milk. Put in bread & raisins. 350* 20-25 min or until top is set then put 4 graham crackers (crushed) & 3 tbls brown sugar sprinkle on top & bake 15 min or until nice & set. Pyrex or 2 qt caserre bowl. |
