Chicken Salad

1/2 C. | mayonnaise |
2 C. | diced chicken |
1 T. | lemon juice |
1/2 C. | blanched slivered almonds |
1 stalk | chopped celery |
1 small | chopped yellow onion |
Toast almonds in a frying pan, shaking frequently to avoid burning.
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add ground pepper and salt to flavor.
Serve as a sandwich with lettuce and a slice of cheddar cheese.
