Cranberry Jalapeño Dip

1 bag | cranberries, (12 oz) |
1 bunch | green onions |
1 bunch | cilantro, (leaves only) |
1 | jalapeño, (remove seeds) |
1/2 cup | sugar |
1 tsp. | olive oil |
1 or 2 blocks | cream cheese |
Blue corn chips
Use food processor and chop cranberries, green onions, cilantro, and jalapeño.
Add all chopped ingredients to a bowl.
Add sugar and olive oil until blended together.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. Serve on top of cream cheese and serve with tortilla chips
