Pozole

| 3-4 | pork chops, cooked and diced |
| 2 qts. | water |
| 1 large can | diced tomatoes |
| 1 large can | hominy |
| 2 large | onions, chopped |
| 2-4 tsp. | salt |
| 1/2 can | diced tomatoes with green chilies |
| grated cheddar, shredded lettuce and lime for garnsih |
Combine all ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Garnish with cheese and lettuce. Squeeze fresh lime on top of each bowl.
