almonds | |
coriander, ( a bunch, leave some extra for topping ) | |
chili | |
ginger, (2 cm) | |
carrots | |
salt | |
lemon, (1/2) | |
olive oil, (3 tbsp) |
How to make:
Put some olive oil in the pan and fry the almonds for a view minutes.
In the food processor put the coriander, chili, ginger and carrots (grater).
Put grated salad in a bowl (chop the big parts) and add olive oil, salt, lemon, and nuts, mix all together.
Finish with coriander
