1 Pkg | Cream cheese |
2-3 | Eggs |
1 Panko Seasoned Bread crumbs | |
1 12 oz. container | Vegatable dip, (usually found in produce section) |
1 Cup | all purpose flour |
1 Pkg | bacon |
1 Cup | shredded cheese |
12-18 | Fresh Jalapeño peppers |
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Beat eggs
Instructions
1. Fry bacon crispy. Set on paper towels to dry and set aside to cool
2. Slice Jalapeños in half length wise. Clean de-seed and remove vein
3. Whip cream cheese, add shredded cheese and add vegetable dip
4. Crumble bacon to small pieces and mix into cream cheese mixture
5. Note if mixture is too loose add some bead crumbs to thicken. Cream cheese filling should be firm.
6. Fill Jalapeños set on cookie sheet and refrigerate for 30 min
7. dip stuffed Jalapeño into eggs, roll in flour, dip in eggs, roll in bread crumbs and place on cookie sheet
8. Bake:
20-25 minutes (mild heat flavor)
20 minutes (medium heat)
12-15 minutes (hot)
Note to add spicy heat add favorite hot sauce and/or red chili
