Mexican Deviled Eggs

8 hard-cooked eggs | |
1/2 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup | mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | salsa |
2 tablespoons | sliced green onions |
1 tablespoon | sour cream |
salt, to taste |
-- Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and place in small ball; set whites aside.
-- Mash yolks with cheese, mayonnaise, salsa, onions, sour cream and salt. Stuff into egg white halves. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
