1/2 cup butter; 1-8oz pkg elbow macaroni; 1/2 cup chopped onion; 1tsp salt; 1/4 tsp pepper; 1/8 tsp oregano; 1/4 tsp dry mustard; 2 cups water; 1.5 tablespoon flour; 1-14.5 oz can evaporated milk; 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

Heat electric skillet to 200* melt butter, add uncooked macaroni, onion, salt, pepper, oregano, mustard. Turn up heat to 260* cook 5-7 minutes, add water & bring to a boil. Cover & simmer @ 200* 6-12 minutes until macaroni is tender. Sprinkle flour on top. Stir in evaporated milk & cheese. Stir & simmer 5 minutes until cheese ia melted.
