1 small head | cabbage, (1 lb) thinly sliced |
1/2 c | chopped green pepper |
1/2 c | chopped onion |
2 Tbsp | chopped pimento |
red bell pepper, alternative | |
1/2 c | cider vinegar |
3 Tbsp | vegetable oil |
1/2 c | Equal, (12 packets) |
1 tsp | celery seed |
1/2 tsp | dry mustard |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/8 tsp | ground black pepper |
Combine cabbage, green pepper, onion and pimento in medium bowl.
Whisk together remaining ingredients. Toss dressing and vegetable mixture to coat. Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
