| 1 c | corn starch |
| 5 c | chicken stock |
| dried prawns | |
| Dried mushrooms | |
| Yam, (taro malanga) | |
| Fried onions |
Mix flours in chicken stock.
Fry mushroom, onions, prawns. Remove.
Fry yam then add flour mixture. Mix well. Transfer to greased tray. Add fried ingredients on top, press down. Steam for 1 hr.
