| 1 1/2 cups | kosher salt |
| 3 tbs | minced garlic or granulated |
| 1 tbs | black pepper |
| 1/4 cup | worcestershire sauce |
| 1/3 cup | brown sugar |
Mix together and soak turkey for no more than two days. Completely submerged and refrigerated.
