Popcorn Cake

10 c. | popped popcorn |
1 1/2 c. | cocktail peanuts |
2 1/2 c. | miniature marshmallows |
1/4 c. | butter |
20 | caramels |
1 1/2 c. | oil |
2 c. | M & M candies |
Mix popcorn and peanuts in a large bowl. Melt marshmallows, butter and caramels with oil in saucepan, stirring to mix well. Add to popcorn mixture; mix well. Stir in candies. Press into greased bundt pan. Invert onto waxed paper. Let stand, covered, for 12 hours before serving.
