Monkey Bread

1/3 cup | sugar |
2 tsp. | ground cinnamon |
1 can | refrigerated biscuits, (10) |
3 Tbsp. | margarine |
1/3 cup | glaze, (recipe below) |

Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl; mix well. Separate biscuit dough; cut each one into 4 pieces. Melt margarine in microwave for 15 seconds in small non metal bowl. Dip 4 pieces of dough at a time in melted margarine. Set in a dinner plate. Place a few pieces of butter dough in sugar mixture. Toss dough until costed with sugar mixture. With sides touching, arrange dough in the baking sheet. If sugar mixture remains, sprinkle over dough. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Glaze: | |

1 Tbsp. | milk |
1/2 tsp. | vanilla |
Mix together until smooth and creamy. If glaze is too thick add 1/2 tsp. milk a little at a time until it is creamy. Drizzle on monkey brew
