Kung Pao Chicken

    1 Packet  Kung Pao Chicken mix, (found in oriental aisle), make packet as instructed by directions on packet)
    4  Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, (cubed)
    1/2 Cup  to 1 Cup of unsalted peanuts
      Oil
    4-6 Sticks  celery, cut into small pieces

Several pieces of red dried chilies, crush and put whole into skillet
Hot chili paste, add until desired hotness (container found in oriental food aisle and has rooster on it)

Follow directions on Kung Pao packet. Cut chicken into small cubed pieces. Fry chicken in oil until cooked. Remove chicken from pan. Add packet mixture to pan, add celery, and dried chilies and cook until celery is semi tender. Then add chicken and chili paste. Mix and place on warm heat for 5 minutes.
