Halibut with a wasabi pea crust:

2,5 lbs | fresh halibut fillet |
1 cup | mayonaise, (i did 1/2 yoghurt and 1/2 mayonnaise) |
3 tbsp | sweet chili sauce |
11/2 cups | wasabi peas chopped roughly |
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix the mayonnaise and the sweet chili sauce together in a small bowl. Spread mixture evenly on top of each piece of halibut. Press the chopped wasabi peas firmly into the mayonnaise/chili coating on the halibut. Bake for about 20 minutes.
