Bread Pudding

    4  Eggs
    2 C  Milk
    6 Slices  French Bread
    4 Tbs  Butter
    1 C  Brown Sugar
    1 tsp  Cinnamon
    2 tsp  Vanilla
      Raisins
Preheat oven to 350. Mix eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, & raisins. Pour into an 9 x 13 baking dish. Butter bread and arrange flat in egg mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake about 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
      Sauce
    1/2 C  Butter
    1 C  Sugar
    1/2 C  Heavy Cream

Melt butter in small saucepan. Add sugar and let simmer about 10 minutes. Remove & stir in cream. Let simmer about 10 minutes more. Serve warm over bread pudding.
