Baked Macaroni and Cheese

4 Tablespoons | corn starch |
2 teaspoons | salt |
1/2 teaspoon | dry mustard, (optional) |
1/2 teaspoon | pepper |
5 Cups | Milk |
4 Tablespoons | butter |
4 Cups | shredded cheese |
1 lb. | Pasta |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a saucepan combine cornstarch, salt, pepper and mustard; stir in milk, add butter. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for one minute. Remove from heat and stir in 3 1/2 Cups cheese and add pasta. Pour into 9x13 greased casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until brown
