FAT-FREE PUMPKIN BREAD

1 C | Canned Pumpkin 1-2/3 C Flour |
1/2 C | Cinnamon Applesauce 1/2 t Baking Powder |
1-1/2 C | Sugar 1 t Baking Soda |
2 Eggs 1/2 t Nutmeg 1/4 t Ginger | |
1/4 t | Cloves |
1/2 t | Salt |
Pre-head oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9-inch bread pan.
Whisk together sugar, pumpkin, applesauce and eggs. I separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring well to combine. Pour into prepared pan; sprinkle with extra sugar and spices (optional). Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Makes 8 fat-free slices.
