25 | Red dried chilies |
2 Medium | garlic cloves |
1 Cup | water |
1 Tbsp. | salt |
2 Cans | peeled tomatoes |
Ina pan, toast chilies on low heat, constantly turning them to roast evenly. Wash the chilies in cool water. In a blender, add one cup of water, salt and garlic cloves, and then blend completely. Then add the chilies without the stems, and the two cans of peeled tomatoes, then been to a slight chunk.
