Turkey Stuffing

    2 Stalks  celery, (chopped)- 2 Cups
    6 bunches  green onions-4 Cups
    4 Cups  water-1Cup water per bag of stuffing
2 Level scoops of powdered chicken broth or 1 1/2 Tsp. per bag of stuffing 1/4 Cup butter per bag of stuffing=2 Sticks of butter (put butter in water)
    4 Bags of 7 1/2 oz.  stuffing bags

Makes stuffing for approximately 25 Lb. turkey

Use 1 stick of butter to sauté green onions, celery. Sauté vegetables until tender. Use 1 egg per stuffing bag. Put butter in water on stove. Put dry croutons in mixing bowl. Put eggs in butter/broth, stir, then add butter/broth to dry croutons and mix. Add vegetables and mix. Note: 1 Tbsp. is equal to 3 Tsp.
