1 ½ cups | blanched almond flour |
¼ teaspoon | celtic sea salt |
¼ teaspoon | baking soda |
3 | eggs |
¼ cup | grapeseed oil |
¼ cup | agave nectar |
1 tablespoon | vanilla extract |
1 cup | walnuts, chopped |
1 cup | dates, pitted and chopped |
1.In a large bowl, combine almond flour salt and baking soda
2.In a medium bowl, combine eggs, oil, agave and vanilla extract
3.Stir wet ingredients into dry
4.Fold walnuts and dates into batter
5.Scoop batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish
6.Bake at 350° for 22-30 minutes
7.Cool and serve
Both my husband and younger son really enjoyed this treat. Of course, my older son barely noticed them since they do not contain chocolate.
