    Eight ears  corn
Basil mint pesto Puree 2 garlic cloves and 3/4 c evoo in blender. With machine running add 1 c packed fresh mint and 1/4 c packed fresh basil, purée for 1m. Brush on corn, season with salt. Southwest spice Combine 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp each cumin and coriander seeds, and 1/2 tsp salt. Brush corn with evoo, sprinkle with spices
      Black pepper
      thyme
Brush corn with evoo. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp fresh thyme salt and pepper
      Lime zest

Combine 1 tbsp lime zest (2limes) and 2 tsp salt. Brush corn with evoo, sprinkle with zest mixture.
