Bok choy with chile, garlic, and ginger

1 | red jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced |
1 | garlic clove, minced |
1 1" piece fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced | |
1 lb | baby bok choy, cut in half lengthwise |
3 tbsp | water |
Salt |
1) heat oil in large skillet over medhi heat. Cook jalapeño, garlic, and ginger 1m.
2) add bok choy and water, cover, and steam until tender, 7-8 m. Uncover and cook until any remaining liquid evaporates. Salt.
