    2 tsp  oil
    1  red jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced
    1  garlic clove, minced
1 1" piece fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 lb  baby bok choy, cut in half lengthwise
    3 tbsp  water
      Salt

1) heat oil in large skillet over medhi heat. Cook jalapeño, garlic, and ginger 1m.

2) add bok choy and water, cover, and steam until tender, 7-8 m. Uncover and cook until any remaining liquid evaporates. Salt.
