Fruit salad, green apple, kiwi, frozen grapes

| 12oz | green grapes |
| 2c | water |
| 1c | sugar |
| 1c | lemon thyme or regular thyme, minced |
| 1 | green apple |
| 3 | kiwis, peeled and sliced |
| 4-5 c | honeydew melon balls, (2 melons) |
1) freeze grapes on baking sheet 1 hour
2) make syrup: bring water and sugar to a boil in medium saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add thyme. Let stand until cooled completely. Strain, discard solids.
3) thinly slice apple. Divide apple, kiwi, melon & grapes between 8 bowls. Pour syrup over top, serve.
