Yeast Hot Rolls

2 packages | yeast |
3/4 cup | sugar |
2 tsp | salt |
2 cups | water |
7 cups | flour |
1/2 cup | oil |
1 | egg |
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, oil and egg. Gradually add flour. Knead on floured counter. Let rise until double in bulk, approximately 30 minutes. Punch down and make into rolls or put into a loaf pan and let rise again about for about 30 minutes in warm place (preheat oven to lowest temp then turn off with door shut). Bake for approximately 30 min at 375 degrees.
