    1#  meat, (shrimp, crawfish, alligator, etc.)
    1  bell pepper
    1 can  rotel
    2 cans  cream of mushroom soup
    1  onion
    1 can  tomato sauce
    1 stick  butter

Cook bell pepper, onion, and butter. Add rotel and tomato sauce and cook for 15 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup and cook an additional 15 minutes. Add meat and let simmer for one hour.
