Loaded baked potato soup

1/4c | melted butter |
1/4c | flour |
8c | half and half |
16oz | velveeta, melted |
Pepper | |
Garlic powder | |
1tsp | hot pepper sauce |
1/2lb | bacon, fried crispy |
1cup | cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/2cup | chives, chopped |
1/2cup | parsley, chopped |
Dice potatoes boil for 10 min
Combine melted butter flour and mix well. Place over low heat and add half and half gradually, stirring constantly. Continue until smooth and starts to thicken
Add melted velvetta. Stir well. Drain potatoes and add. Stir in pepper garlic powder and hot sauce. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
