SNICKERDOODLES Pillsbury Cookbook | |
1 ½ cups | sugar |
2 ¾ cup | flour |
½ cup | marg or butter |
1 tsp | cream of tartar |
1 tsp | vanilla |
½ tsp | soda |
2 | eggs |
¼ tsp | salt |
2 Tblsp | sugar |
2 tsp | cinnamon |
Heat oven to 400º. In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; blend well. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt; blend well. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Combine 2 Tblsp sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon; roll balls into sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake @ 400º for
8 – 10 minutes, or until set. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
