| 1 cup | margarine |
| 1 ¾ - 2 cups | flour |
| 1 cup | brown sugar |
| ½ tsp | baking soda |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 tsp | cream of tartar |
| baking powder, alternative | |
| 1 cup | desiccated coconut? |
| dash | salt |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
Cream margarine, brown sugar, egg and vanilla together till fluffy.
Combine dry ingredients then blend into margarine mixture.
Form into balls, press with fork.
Bake @ 350° for 9 minutes.
